For me the "Why" behind a solution and feature that I deliver is as crucial as communicating with people around it and its quality.When I entered IT 20+ years ago I imagined being able to do meaningful stuff with my own hands. Since then the idea of a better world gained some clarity for me. I am a firm believer in ownership. In a very specific sense: taking care and working hard for wellbeing and thriving of what you own. Ownership as I understand it is local to a person. A person spreads ownership around. And with IT the outreach can be huge. This is the way how an idea of a better world scales out.What is an ideal project I'll be happy to work on? A one that helps people become better owners. To own their locality and make the world better.Throughout my career I've used multiple languages and technologies. I can be productive in many settings, including Java, Rust, Go, Elixir, TypeScript, React, SQL, noSQL, AWS etc. In any ecosystem I prefer readable and understandable code.At a workplace I like full-time pair-programming as the ultimate team work. Also, for me direct communication with customer and short feedback loops work best.In employer I value openness, vision and purpose as well as learning and growth opportunities and challenges.
