I am a consultant with a 20+ year career in the international development industry. I am focused on designing and evaluating development policies, strategies, and programs. The client base includes bilateral and multilateral development agencies, United Nations agencies, regional organizations in the Pacific, and governments in Asia and the Pacific. I have been involved in sectors including agriculture development, water resource management, coastal and marine resource management, coastal protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk management, and education. I am passionate about helping clients in adapting to change, and enhancing impact through meaningful localization strategies. I am committed to mainstreaming climate resilience, social inclusion, and gender equality in development programs and initiatives. I want to be part of actions that connect the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and government commitments and policies with the ground-level communities and their practices and knowledge.
