I am a Bachelor graduate specialized in Finance/Accounting and Business Management, which helped me a lot in my career-hospitality, better to understand and follow all Cash Flow processes in which I was involved. All goals were achieved for 2017/2018.The best results in revenue were made in 30 years - with me in charge, together with my team.Room increase in revenue was 20% and the F&B had increase in revenue 300%, comparing to the year before. Hotel is unique spot for company events & team buildings.A La carte restaurant and the lobby were refurbished in 2017, after 30 years.I was in charge for the restaurant opening and supervising, for setting up the new standards at the property, defining a new A la carte concept, wine&food menu. The restaurant had a huge fire place in the middle, what we made as a VIP lounge with the possibility for barbecue on sticks and private parties with live music.Hotel is situated in the very heart of vivid Kopaonik Ski Resort. It’s success hospitality story has been written for the past 30 years. On an altitude of 1750m above sea level, Club A has turned passion for hospitality into its most distinguishing feature, which blends luxury and coziness with uniqueness and tradition.
