Current- Supporting clinical study teams by setting up and maintaining CTMS throughout the project lifecycle- Providing ongoing technical guidance, managing system configurations for studies, sites, and teams, and ensuring all access requirements are met for internal teams, sponsors, and third parties - Delivering training on system functionality, assisting in troubleshooting system performance issues, and monitoring data quality to ensure completeness and compliance with study requirements
