I deepened and matured extensive practical experience in various aspects of the toolmaking and thermoplastics industry. I excelled in roles involving production plant establishment, team development, sales proposal negotiation, customer service across multiple industries, ISO's QMS implementation, and more.Besides my Brazilian and Portuguese experiences, I have spent nearly four years (and counting) working in Spain. As Director of Engineering and Projects at Plásticos Durex, I have had the opportunity to lead teams and contribute to projects in the automotive industry with several OEMs TIER 1 and TIER 2, further enriching my skill set and broadening my international experience.
