Andrei I. is a Software Engineer at Ing. Colleagues describe him as "I met Andrei while on a recruitment drive for my Java Competence Guild. Within our Guild of about ~15 volunteers Andrei was one of the more engaged members. The main task of any guild member was to help align and guide the ~150 java developers at our ASML department. Andrei is a good debater and investigator. Aligning a large developer base on huge code-base while keeping everyone enthusiastic is a team effort and Andrei certainly did his part. Andrei helped promote and communicate the goals of our Guild in the form of a newsletter and a wiki. Specific examples are the help he provided in breaking down said huge code base into some smaller independent parts. And several activities that had to be done as a prerequisite. A rare skill Andrei possesses is to both have a vision of "what could be" but still have a realistic mindset on sprint-to-sprint activities." and "We met with Andrei in the demanding environment of ASML and I was lucky to collaborate with him frequently.
