Key responsibilities and achievements:• Managed the bank’s securities portfolio (app. EUR 180 mio – government bonds within the process of managing bank’s short- and long-term liquidity position, interest rate risk and producing income; • Ensured up-to-date status of all treasury activities in the Group Portfolio Management System (PMS);• Team leader for the introduction of interest rate derivatives (IRS, Cap, Floor) in the bank’s product catalogue with extensive cross-functional work – treasury, corporate, retail, risk controlling and financial controlling;• Played a principal role in implementation of new front-to-back office, CRM and product life cycle management software with respect to products such as fixed-income securities and interest rate derivatives products – booking, valuation, customization, interfaces; • ALCO – organized meetings, prepared presentations, analysis, coordinated with ALCO’s members and presented the Committee’s decisions to Senior Management.

Key responsibilities and achievements:• Provided brokerage services to clients - developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and providing them with market information, advising clients with respect to trading decisions (order types, trading tactics etc.), as authorized broker representing clients’ orders to the market;• Played one of principal roles in getting the newly founded company second-ranked on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in all securities trading and to a leading position in trading Serbian government securities with a market share of 12.5%.
