We analyze these errors after every release.The team creates different tools to make application & data testing easier.Various integration and testing notes are gathered and combined into useful reports automatically.We monitor many metrics such as different subsystems performance, build time, network problems and client network connection speed.Average build time on build servers has been decreased from over 2 hours to only 10 minutes.We are focusing on creating self-organizing team. Every engineer thinks not only about his task, but the product and the team as a whole. Every team member helps with integration, tracks feature launches and able to catch any task. There is no need in control. If engineer takes some task, this task will be done.There are some *personal* achievements as well.Designed and partially implemented EAV-database for storing and protocol for synchronizing (CRDT) various application data. This protocol is currently using for users' favorites and curated lists of interesting places and organizations.Implemented support of residential building entrances.
