+ Coordination of the Risk Department + Portfolio Reporting Duties + Preparation and Implementation of Risk Policies and Strategies pertaining to Credit Application, Application Analysis and Credit Approval Process, Portfolio Segmentation, Risk Management and Debt Collections & Recovery + Budgeting and Product Development + Reporting Quality Assurance, both for in-house (Supervisory Board) and external reporting (Central Bank & Credit Bureau) + Development of Statistical Scoring Models (SAS™) + Risk Committee and Supervisory Board Reporting

+ Responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the “Basel II Accords” + Statistical Modelling Tasks for Retail Risk (with SAS™) + Development of statistical Scoring Models (Application and Behavioral) and Risk Parameter estimations for Default Processing and Risk Provisioning based on the Raiffeisen International stardard (with SAS™) + Loss Given Default and Recovery calculations for separate Risk and Portfolio Segments (Individuals and Businesses) + Continuous review and optimization of all developed Risk Models + Preparation of Technical and Development Documentation + Preparation and Implementation of Policies and Procedures as per Basel II requirements about Default, Scoring and Rating, Collateral management, reporting, etc. + Implementation of Basel II Requirements in regard to Data (DataWarehousing ORACLEand SQL Server), Scoring, Credit Application Platforms, Default Definition and Recognition, Collateral, Customer Segmentation, etc.
