Utilizing tools such as Intercom, PSQL, DBeaver, Datadog, Jira and Python, I specialize in troubleshooting and documenting complex issues. This expertise enables me to communicate seamlessly between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective problem resolution.My professional journey includes multiple roles at Jefferson County Public Library, where I cultivated a rich skill set focused heavily on understanding the diverse needs of different users and stakeholders, before venturing into the dynamic realm of software. Currently aspiring to transition into either software development or product management, I am deeply passionate about unraveling intricate problems and contributing to innovative solutions.Beyond the professional sphere, I love to challenge myself by bicycle and have completed iconic events like the Leadville 100, Triple Bypass Gran Fondo (2nd place!), and multiple iterations of the Mt Blue Sky and Pikes Peak hill climbs. This year, I'm gearing up for The Mid South Gravel followed by a solo ride of the Cowboy Trail, covering nearly 200 miles of Nebraska prairie in a single day.
