Project Manager
CurrentIn this role, my main objective is to establish robust connections among project stakeholders hailing from diverse sectors and backgrounds. Our projects revolve around fostering collaboration between Pilotlighters (business experts) and Partner Charities to address the challenges faced by the latter. As the Project Facilitator, I assume the roles of facilitator, coach, and administrator, placing a significant focus on building relationships and promoting mutual understanding. Collaborating with the Delivery Team, my responsibilities include overseeing projects across various programs that enhance and empower charities and their leaders to confront significant societal issues more effectively.I am tasked with managing a portfolio of projects that encompass all facets of organizational development, such as purpose, strategy, governance, leadership, impact measurement, people, funding, and operations. Central to our approach is the incorporation of coaching and mentoring, enhancing our impact on both Partner Charities and Pilotlighters. I also write or solicit inputs for documents such as blogs, case studies and reports for diverse audiences. Lastly, I keep our Salesforce CRM system updated after each project meeting, as well as our internal MS SharePoint cloud storage platform. This ensures that all information is appropriately captured and saved, with clear labels to make it easily retrievable when needed.
