My role extended beyond communication, encompassing budgeting, planning, and HR management, and leading a team of 15+ people alongside 50+ contracted visitor relations staff, culminating in the successful opening of a new art center in Istanbul's Dolapdere district.My academic background in Gender Studies, Sociology, Urban Planning and NGO management provides a solid foundation and a diverse skill set to drive tangible impact and advocate for sustainable development goals. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Gender Studies at Kadir Has University, I am actively engaged in academic research focusing on women in employment, motherhood and labor.
