Has been roled of the pre-opening / restructure process due to new owner of the property has handover with a new investment for both hotels. In general, ı do responsible entire front Office, security, housekeeping and laundry operations. Meyra Palace Hotel is the first "palace" concept hotel in Ankara. Complex is inspired of Ottoman stylish arthitecture style consists of total 177 rooms, 8 meeting rooms with total 4500 M2 meeting room "service" ground zone, 3000 M2 spa @ wellness center, 2 restaurants one located in the roof 15 th floor, 150 pax indoor parking area as well. On the other hand Property has its own laundry / drycleaning service and facilities.

In the pre - opening period was responsible the set up of entire rooms operation (Recruitment process, budgeting, product choice, SPI/SOP preperations, training of staff, purchasing follow up process..etc).
On the other hand in general responsible for the oversight and coordination of entire Front Desk Operations, Security and Housekeeping & Laundry Operations as well. Responsibilities include leading and directing the team to maintain and exceed highest quality 5* standards on a daily basis. These standards met by leading, training, developing, communicating, and motivating team members whereby the results that are achieved are in accordance with the goals and objectives, performance and quality standards established in Divan group of hotels. Also responsible for scheduling, budgeting, training, interviewing, cost containment, inventories, ordering, cash handling, analyzing data, forecasting, filing incident /accident reports, completing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and developing the overall operation.

Responsible for the oversight and coordination of Front Desk Operations, Reservation and Housekeeping / Laundry Operations. Responsibilities include leading and directing the team to maintain and exceed highest quality, 5 Diamond standards on a daily basis. These standards met by leading, training, developing, communicating, and motivating team members whereby the results that are achieved are in accordance with the goals and objectives, performance and quality standards established in Accor Hotels chain. Also responsible for scheduling, budgeting, training, interviewing, cost containment, inventories, ordering, cash handling, analyzing data, forecasting, filing incident/accident reports, completing daily/weekly/monthly reports, and developing the overall operation.

• Plans, directs, controls and coordinates all areas of Front Office. Encourage and motivates the team aiming at exceeding customer expectation.
• Implementation of new SPI's, reviews, designs, and updates Front Office policies and procedures.
• Other responsibilities; Evaluate and follow up JDPA guest surveys and reports, Property Representative of ISO Quality Systems 9001- 14001 - 18001 - 22000, Leading Quality Assurance Champion, Swisscircle Loyalty Programme Champion , Sustainability Ambassador, Vitality Ambassador.
