-Managing R&D and sourcing processes-Following up all new developments, trends in denim&non denim sector including additional chemical treatments/finishes -Attending international fairs and trend shows-Guideing design team & collection for denim& non denim& knitted fabrics -Deciding fabrics to be used for seasonal collections -Price negotiations with fabric suppliers according to customer& company targets -Creating and managing projects with sales & manegement teams and fabric suppliers -Preparing forecast for base qualities considering customer demands and market -Stock & risk management-Managing team and ensuring proceeses run smoothly internally, with customers/suppliers.

-Attending international fairs and trend shows-Communication between fabric suppliers and company-Following collections and presantation of trends -Sourcing / developing fabrics according to trends, needs and garment prices-Working coordinated with purchasing team for processes after collection/development and informing them correctly

-Fabric purchasing of approved fabrics and organizing to get them inhouse on time-Working closely with production, quality assurance and quality control teams to provide better quality on production -Managing fabric between factory and fabric vendor -Directing Fabric Physical Test Laboratory-Fabric sourcing and planning topics based on customer satisfaction ( target price, current trends) -Arranging sample fabrics according to sample production leadtimes to improve target efficiency and customer satisfaction-Providing information flow between fabric vendors and sales teams-Following fabric trends/developments seasonally and attending fairs accordingly

-Following up production fabric status-Leading fabric stock amount and reporting-Organizing fabric quality control and physical testing operations-Fabric sourcing regarding customer enquiries, working closely with design team
