I am specialized in water&steam process, combustion, air&flue gas processes. Experienced with all combustion methods such as grate fired, BFB, CFB, Gas&Liquid Burner. Experienced with all fuels such as gas, biogas, motorin, hard coal, lignite, biomass (wood, agriculture, chicken litter, etc.) Experienced with all types such as water tube type (up to 425 ton/hr) boilers, smoke tube type Skotch boilers and WHRB & HRSG boilers,with all auxiliary units such as FeedWater & Deaerator systems, Condensers, Air Preheaters, Economisers, heat exchangers, power piping & supports, bagfilters, ESP, FGT, ash handling systems, fuel feeding systems, etc.I worked actively in all departments for balance of plant, thermal design of boilers, mechanical calculations of pressure parts, project management, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and operation&maintenance in many Boiler Companies and Power Plant Utilities. Actively participated in well-known boiler companies of Turkey as Manager or Technical Consultant (Desa, Eralp, Cimtas, Selnikel, Efor, etc.).Worked in TUV Süd and TÜV Rheinland Inspection & NoBo companies, authorised as 3rd Party Inspector, ISO9001 Auditor, PED-CE Inspector & Certifier, Design Exeminar (in scopes EN13445, EN12952, EN12953, ASME SecVIII Div1, ASME SecI), also ASME AI (Authorised Inspector).
