• Ensuring completely about HSE-S, MoC's, Process Safety and QMS for all filling plants (Safety First).• Supporting about root-cause investigation to HSE-S Dept. • Monitoring and controlling OPEX and CAPEX budgets.• Monthly reporting KPI’s, budgets and effectiveness of all Filling Plants.• Suppyling to FP’s about legal licences and permissions.• Giving support about internal audits to QA Department.• Coordinating with the other technical disciplines such as engineering, technical support, operational excellence, HSE, Logistics, Gas Supply etc.• Leading lean activities (VSM/VSD, Effectiveness Analysis, A3, Kaizen etc.).• Leading SAP PM activities for all plants.• SAP PM (Maintenance Module) revision changeover S4 Hana (Designing system back-up) (2017/2018). • Leadership and partner leagile transformation project for plants (2021).• Leadership sustainability for the plants (2017/2018).

Group 4 Tank Erection at STAR Aegean Refinery Project (ARP)• Managing tank erection, welding and insulation works in accordance with HSE rules and quality standards.• Follow-up contract with singing our contractor.• Preparing and publishing progress workshop-site (Monthly, weekly, daily) for contractors.• Preparing permit to work.• Working different disciplines in line with HSE rules.• Weekly reporting KPI’s (Welding and installing).
