Responsible for all IT services at two gold mines with a plant setup, five exploration camps and main office in Liberia. Lead a team of 4 specialists.• Managing and Administering servers which are virtualized by VMware ESXi 6.7.0 and ESXi 6.0.0 on four different physical servers. (Windows Server 2012 and 2016 Domain controllers , Axapta Application and SQL Servers, Axapta Remote Desktop Application Server, Windows 2012 and 2016 File Server and Veeam Backup and Replication)• Managing and Administering Unifi based Wired and Wifi Network, Ptp and Ptmp links.• Managing and Administering Hikvision/Onvif based CCTV System.• Managing and Administering NAS systems.• Ensuring that the wireless network infrastructure in the mine, open pit, offices, camp and other locations (Exploration sites) works smoothly.• Providing hardware and software controls for the Dell and HP servers.• Providing hardware support 250 laptops and desktop computers in the mine.• Managing and Administering Fortigate Firewalls.• Ensuring that VPN is working properly with other sites.• Managing and Administering about 600 Office 365 based e-mail accounts.• Managing and repairing F/O Cables On site• Providing technical services (Hardware and Software), troubleshooting for about 200 local and 350 remote users• Ensuring WAN connections are working properly• Designing UTP, Fiber,Wifi and PTP links for new sites if needed• Providing the most cost effective connection by communicating with ISPs and GSM operators for present and new sites.• Ensuring that all communication channels (Internet and GSM) are constantly online.• Providing network/technical support for Scada Automation Software to work properly.• Providing support for all turnstiles and readers to ensure that they work properly.• Determining locations of point fiber cable faults and eliminating them with fusion.

• Ensuring the continuity of operation of about 20 MS Server-based servers in the virtual environment (VMWare)• Resolving all kinds of problems in the Virtual Environment, setting up the resources if necessary, setting up new servers if necessary,• Management of MS Windows Server Active Directory,• Management of MS Exchange Server ,• Management of Juniper SSG-140 Firewall ,• Providing hardware and software controls for the HP Blade server,• Make and control the periodic backups,• Ensuring that the wireless network infrastructure in the building works smoothly and eliminate complaints from the users and guests,• Elimination of software and hardware failures of all PC (Office / Site) users,• Providing information to the manager on capacity of systems or equipment and making suggestions by conducting research for new systems and hardware,• Taking precautions to ensure the security of all data on the computer.

• Within the borders of Turkey, resolving the incoming calls from different locations (with contracted companies) by telephone support, if unable to, transferring the problem to field personnel, providing the necessary logistical support to ensure the closure of the call within the specified time.

• Elimination of mistakes for Windows 2003 Active Directory structure, File Servers and MS Exchange based mail servers, which were located on 13 separate HVSB projects in different cities. • Projecting the network infrastructure (Copper and Fiber) of Air Force Locations within the scope of HVBS project according to the structural cabling standards,• Controlling the workplace's work quality,• Checking that the ODTR and Copper tests were done before the job delivery correcting the mistakes.
