Erler Machine Ltd. Co. is a company  products steam boilers, hot water boilers, thermal oil boilers, combustion chambers, reciprocating stokers, chain grate stokers, self-feeding stokers, chimneys, industrial radial fans, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, chimneys and etc. Focused on designing industrial steam, hot water and thermal oil boilers which has 0,5 MW between 12 MW thermal capacity. All designs are confirmed to TS377, PED2014 68/EU, EN 13445, EN 12953-3, EN 14015,  PD 5500 standards. Also, their equipment such as; economiser, condensate tank, steam accumulation tank, deaerator tank, industrial chimney.Designed boilers had various burning systems (e.g. fuel-oil, coal, wood pellet, natural gas). Because of that, also desinged chain grate stokers, reciprocating grate stokers, automatic-feed stokers according to EN 12953-12. Choosed the convenient material of the burning system, reduced gearbox, industrial radial fan, screw conveyors and etc.Designed screw conveyors which has outer diameter between 4'' and 40''. Choosed the correct material according to process and determining of required tork. Prepared cost analyses and domestic and foreign offers. Reviewed of inquires received from customers, realized of on-site visits. Informed the management and manufacturing department in any case. Followed the threats/opportunities & new products/solutions that become the trend in the sector in accordance with changing and developing conditions.Commissioned projects which were both domestic and foreign.

Totomak is a global supplier of a broad portfolio of clutch, axle, brake and suspension system components, scroll compressor components, air compressor components, and hydraulic remote control system components to original equipment manufacturers for the transportation and industrial sectors. It's located in İzmir/Turkey.In first two months, a research was prepared about recycling the boron oil which used at manufacturing. Firstly, samples of consumption of boron oil  which used in CNC machines were collected. Six samples of boron oil was centrifuged at 3000 RPM. Then, boron oil was separated into contaminated boron oil and turnings. Turnings quantity of samples was inspected in view of manufacturing types. (e.g. drilling, screwing, reaming and etc.) Secondly, a MSDS was prepared about chemical properties of the contaminated boron oil by the help of KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye). The result of MSDS was that boron oil hadn't change; significantly. Finally; in view of consumption of boron oil, a cost analysis document was prepared. Gave a presentation to the R&D department of the company. By using the centrifuge, aimed that saving up to %20.In last two months, commisioned at the Q&C Department. Learned how to using CMM. By using CMM; qualifications of all manufactured products were tested (e. g. roughness, toughness and etc.) Parts which couldn't pass the test, sent back to the factory. All products tested between two operations (like milling and cutting). When a part or a CNC machine was had failed the test, visited and solved the problem. In generally, the reason of failing was bearings of CNC machines or tools. Observed and solved these problems with maintenance worker.
