Resulting CAPEX projects with value up to 10 M€ each and EBITDA savings up to 2 M€ per initiative.

Was managing director for Tuulipuisto Lakiakangas 1 Oy, a 57 MW wind power company in Finland. Led industrial improvement planning as well as technical, environmental and commercial DD streams in competitive bidding and acquisition of Nevel.

Responsible for energy sourcing with 500 M€ cost/value to 35 mills at 7 European countries. Head of groupwide energy service team/function with 8 FTE to secure production at mills, improve cost competitiveness and efficiencies and to lower fossil CO2 emissions. During 2009-18 reductions of -7% in energy consumption and -45% in fossil CO2 emission per product tonne were achieved and 120 M€ bioenergy boiler investments were implemented. Major role in defining (bio)energy and climate related parts of sustainability agenda and messages of the group

Sourced energy with 400-500 M€ cost/value, led team of 7 FTE. Concluded energy assets related arrangements and contracts to support restructuring of Metsä Board (formerly M-real), which had sales of ca. 5 billion € and production at 7 European countries.
