Isolta was gearing up to develop a new SaaS invoicing software, which eventually became one of Finland's most popular and successful, boasting over 30,000 users today. I took the lead with our dev team, using agile methods and setting up processes to make product development run smoothly.While doing that, I also coordinated the go-to-market strategy for our new product and succeed it with a "Product Led Growth" mindset. We approached markets with freemium model and focused on optimizing whole funnel from awareness to activation and revenue by placing product in the center of everything.We focused on creating small batches, validating them, and improving our software through an iterative approach. The build-measure-learn loop was at the heart of everything we did. -
