Working in the rural development policy making departments of the Ministry, she has gained experience particularly on designing and preparation of agriculture/rural development/strategic plans/programmes and on local implementations of the policy. She has been in the core group that have prepared the Rural Development Programme (2007-2013) of Türkiye funded by EU under IPA (IPARD Programme). She made research in UK on farm management for four months in the University of Wolverhampton in 2011 and on Rural Development Policy of the EU for three months in Imperial College London in 2005 as British Chevening scholar. She made research in China in Beijing Normal University School of Environment in 2015 on agri- environmental policy-implementation for three weeks selected as a scholar by Confucius Institute. She has specialization on designing/monitoring/managing/implementation of EU and international funded projects on agriculture and rural development. Show less
