Leading the marketing team for almost 3 years.Participated in all stages of team building: hiring, onboarding, and integrating new members ( buying team, creative production, ASO, community, monetization).Started as a UAM. Gained practical experience in other areas of mobile marketing while operating projects. I have experience in testing prototypes and pre-release projects (fake store), launch user acquisition at different stages of development (tech launch, soft launch, global).Main tasks now:- UA (android, iOS): Unity, IronSourse, Facebook etc.- Planning work and building processes of departments: UA, ASO, monetization, community, creative production. Conducting retrospective sprints- working with representatives of advertising networks, factoring companies, services and external studios.
