I am responsible for the well-being of the 44 residents in the dorm. I am on standby 24 hours a day for emergencies on my floor, and I work ten 12-hour night shifts per semester, during which I perform rounds of the building to inspect for safety issues and I hold the RA phone to receive emergency calls. I submit duty logs of each round I perform to report on the status of the building and the residents, I submit incident reports of problems I observe with residents, and as of 2020, I am responsible for the adherence of COVID-19 safety regulations for all residents in the building.
