Current• Manage all corporate branding assets and brand development. Develop brand strategies and work within current brand standards. Work with all departments throughout the municipality. • Design seasonal program guides, brochures, outdoor signage, rack cards, newspaper advertisements, posters and visitor guide.• Create unique illustrations, infographics & maps for municipal communications and public meetings. • Design marketing assets for social media. Advise on best practices for designs, copy, backlinks & strategy. Full understanding of Hootsuite software. • Update & manage both municipality and tourism website. Input HTML/CSS assets and manage CMS. Work with external providers to achieve corporate vision. Create UX/UI wireframes. Cross browser test website for technical problems before launches. Liaison between external programmers and internal team. • Design online static and animated advertisements for internal and external use. • Set-up Google ads campaigns. Provide insights on reporting and suggestions for improvements.• Design and code custom HTML email communication templates.• Assisting with 2022 AODA web strategy. Ongoing maintenance and updates to current content and providing best practices. Admin for Siteimprove software. Additional web training with Ontario Accessibility. • Maintain production printer and perform colour management for internal printing. Work with external print houses. Well versed with fiery software. • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud software - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign/InCopy, Dreamweaver.
