The first face that people interact with on campus, Student Ambassadors man the front desk of the student union and are a friendly and knowledgeable source for students, staff and guests of Pratt Institute. This position is required to have intimate knowledge of the campus and surrounding area and be able to effectively communicate and answer questions. In addition Student Ambassadors also oversee activities in the Student Union and provide assistance as needed to the Institute staff.

As an Orientation Leader I lead group discussions and events, guided tours and off campus activities, set up events, assisted with move in and answered any questions that parents or incoming students may have. This position required a gracious attitude, an abundance of knowledge about the campus, classes and the greater NYC area as well as a massive capability for adaptivity to unexpected situations.

A volunteer position dedicated to creating illustrations and classroom friendly learning opportunities to spread information and excitement about conserving the world around us especially as it pertains to assisting the re-growth of wild Golden Lion Tamarin populations that have been heavily and negatively affected by prior human intervention.

Provided excellent and knowledgeable customer service with a friendly attitude when greeting customers and escorting them to dining area. Communicated dining details or guests concerns in a prompt manner to kitchen staff, servers and management. Provided phone and takeout services at the front end as well as set up reservations. Occasionally filled in for other support staff duties such as bussing tables and refilling necessary amenities.
