• Setting up new office, communication systems, create new brand, website, logo• New business development • Advertising & social media • Introducing new accounting system and learned to operate • Debtors & Creditors (working in close relation to Accountant) • HR Duties: Company grew from 4 employees to 17 currently. Payroll, Contracts, recruitment• Social Media & Advertising • Customer service, reception, basic office admin• Sending out quotes, ordering stock & booking installation dates & times. • Managed installation teams to ensure smooth operation• Working with builders & architects on certain projects to co-ordinate installations

Currently studying to enhance my skills & abilities that I have gained whilst working for an Architectural firm.

• Draughting of building plans in both AutoCAD & Revit for clients including measuring of existing buildings to update current plans. Assisting with design development, working alongside Architect.• Producing design development drawings, council drawings & working drawings • Working with engineers & builders when necessary• Submitting plans to council & handle any corrections • Completing AutoCAD essentials short course & Revit course• Currently busy with Architectural Technology National Certificate NQF5 through the Draughting Academy.• Projects worked on including new residential, alterations & additions, new housing developments, Animal hospital, Wedding venue, School Swimming pool covering.
