We trained hundreds of field personnel on how to collect data and with this, created a new reporting system to track emissions.

This was a pivotal position for me and really where I grew from an Engineer into a Project Manager. I worked pretty heavily with green house gas (GHG) projects. By the time I left I was managing a team of six and working with budgets in the hundreds of thousands. I developed and implemented protocols for EPA's Subpart W MMR and became familiar with many aspects of project management including developing proposals, creating project scopes, schedules, budgets and the like.

In this position I reported and monitored water and methane discharge for clients. Dealing with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) was a big component of the work I performed as well as preparing reports, scheduling projects, performing daily field monitoring, executing soil sampling and classification and SWPPP monitoring.
