I participated in several optimization projects, which required effective communication skills as the projects involved people from several different departments and sites. Furthermore I participated in the development and effectivization of systems and procedures in the quality department. These tasks required strong skills in Microsoft Office and SAP.

I was responsible for teaching genetics to 22 students. I introduced them to concepts within the subject of genetics and I also had the responsibility for reading and approving their papers.
