Principal interactive designer for a small graphic design firm in Northern New Jersey. MGT (McMillin, Giacalone, Thompson) Design is a full service graphic design and marketing communications firm. MGT specializes in corporate design, specifically annual reports and brochures. In order to help drive traffic to Novartis' corporate website as well as help promote new pharmaceuticals, I developed a series of animated banners. Through the use of stock photography and dynamic text, the gifs directed traffic to Novartis' web site.Phormion, a developer of Return-On-Investment demonstration software, needed a new vehicle for both sales and service for customers. Through the integration of Flash and Javascipt I was able to create an interactive website that revitalized Phormion's image.Elsie Y. Cross Associates (EYCA), is a company that partners with senior executives and employees and helps institute strategic change that "ensures the integration of all subordinated groups into the workforce – people of color, white women, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees". EYCA needed a web site to communicate their objectives and market their periodicals. I was able to create a quick downloadable site with a simple navigation. Primary software used: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver.

Taught and discussed Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and Macromedia Flash 5 for an adult education course. Pupils ranged from 20 to 60 years of age, and in levels of proficiency. The course covers fundamentals of Photoshop and Flash and advanced features.

Primary graphic designer for the marketing group; produced animated banners, and developed pages for specific trademarked products that resulted in millions of dollars of revenue. Designs featured on AOL, Yahoo, Netscape, American Greetings, MSN and more. Contributed to the weekly updating of the site, created headers and images (Video Games, Collectibles, etc.). Primary software used: Photoshop, ImageReady and Illustrator.
