• Oversee production planning, inventory planning, capacity planning, scheduling, inventory control, and warehousing at six moulding and millwork manufacturing sites located throughout the continental United States• Utilize broad & deep knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, materials management, warehousing, and distribution to clearly communicate business vision, strategy, goals and requirements• Identify areas across the Millwork Division in need of consolidation and standardization, then plan, organize, and drive realignment to optimize the whole• In-depth understanding of SAP, how it operates and relates to business functions• Review and approve all PP,MM,WM solutions to ensure adherence to business strategies, goals, and requirements• Oversee the development of KPIs, metrics, reporting, and goals• Utilize excellent leadership and facilitation skills to act as a change agent for the organization• Ensure the business has the tools, training, structure, and support necessary to yield a return on its SAP investment• Post SAP implementation; assure on-going compliance with, and continuous improvement of, the 'Best Practice' solutions throughout all Millwork sites• Ensure resources are actively engaged in the SAP implementation process and remain on target to meet project deadlines

• SAP subject matter expert and super-user for supply chain related functions.• Supervise and support various supply chain functions including inventory management, materials management, and shipment planning in both domestic and international capacities.• Function as an internal consultant and aid in the development of supply chain solutions for the organization and its related partners.• Manage and assist in the development of strategic and tactical cross-functional performance metrics.• Design, develop, and deploy relational databases and automated work flows alongside ERP systems to increase efficiencies.• Assist in driving and educating the organization to a Sales and Operations Planning process.

• In-depth knowledge of different kinds of freight and the requirements necessary for shipping throughout the continental 48 states. • Monitor the status of all loads and disseminate the information to necessary individuals.• Ability to work through the inherent conflicts between freight shippers and freight carriers.• Negotiate fair freight rates for both the freight shipper and the carrier.

• Maintain 100% accuracy on all documentation for international and domestic shipments of beef products.• Insuring correct product rotation utilizing a FIFO system was a must.• In-depth understanding of domestic and export laws required for shipping beef. • Synchronize all product shipments with carriers, customers, and over-sea vessels to insure timely delivery of products.• Analyze shipments to maximize delivery routes and minimize the number of drops required per truck.• Analyze freight costs in comparison to product costs and sales margins.

• Maintain 99.5% or better accuracy, gauged by independent audits, on approximately 50 million dollars of inventory.• Oversee activities in materials, warehousing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and BOM kitting.• Manage 5 supervisors, each having approximately 15-20 direct reports, at a 24-7-365 production manufacturing company.• Analyze, develop, and implement processes, procedures, software, and equipment designed to increase efficiency and quality.
