I was accountable for the successful project management of numerous consumer research projects, mainly qualitative, local & international B2C & B2B, from planning to reporting and presentation, also client relationship management as well as creating new business acquisition. I organized and moderated/interviewed/facilitated about 40 focus group discussions and 30 face-to-face interviews a year, as well as several online forum discussions, ethnographic and videography research, concept design and innovation work-shops according to set goals and timetables. I developed qualitative methods for company portfolio, identified insights and translated them into commercial opportunities to develop client business.
