Happeo brings all of your information and communication neatly into one place – it’s a Google G Suite-based intranet platform that makes it easy to view, follow and collaborate. In my role as Partner Manager I'm:- Building trusting relationships with Partners; first point of contact for Happeo- Training Happeo Partners to understand the product’s features, technical properties, and value propositions in order to further sales. This includes running workshops and creating training materials such as slide decks and videos. - Supporting and advising Partners’ deployment teams with extensive product, process and customer knowledge. - Responsible for the entire direct sales cycle for personal accounts from first point of contact to negotiating the contract; including technical demonstrations - Responsible for two virtual assistants including initial interviews, training, and performance tracking- Serving as a liaison between Happeo Partners/customers and the development team – reporting bugs, feature requests, and helping to determine the future direction of the solution according to both customers’ and partners’ needs
