Ilona has a master’s degree in psychology and she did her minor on speech and argumentation. She has always been interested in the topics of influencing and high performance. Her way of training, talking and writing widens the thinking and mind. She has a talent of helping people and companies learn, adopt change and perform well during difficult periods. She started her career as a psychologist, organization consultant and leadership trainer. She had her own psychological discussion program on television in years 2007-2008 and started writing books, columns and collaborating with media, giving speeches on topics such as leading change and transformation, psychological capital, purpose, learning, how to create living work communities, building connections, leading thinking and emotional energy as well as customer experience. Ilona’s passion is to help organizations and individuals succeed in terms of authenticity. She has a talent of being encouraging, challenging and sensitive to the strengths but also to the dark side of people. At the moment Ilona concentrates on executive coaching, training other coaches, keynote speaking and leadership training. Ilona holds the highest possible ICF (International Coach Federation) certification in coaching: Master Certified Coach (MCC).Her favorite question is what is in the world when you are in the world?In childhood Ilona lived in Sweden and the United States and travelled a lot around the world with her parents who worked in international settings.
