Key achievements include joint responsibility for growing the social media following by 40%, increasing consulting team's LinkedIn presence, activity, followers and connections. Shadow writing HR Thought Leadership pieces which trended highly on the website and increased open-rates of the company quarterly newsletter (80K readership).

As a contributing writer, I researched, wrote, curated, edited articles, editorials and advertorials. I over-saw photoshoots and video content form articles and self-managed my own wordpress uploads, SEO and social media amplification. I was accountable for the reach and number of views on each of my articles. Having pitched the "My Singapore" content idea (interviewing interesting people doing interesting things in Singapore), I was given the go ahead and my articles remained (organically) top-trending for some time.
