Het socialiseren, positioneren en activeren van organisaties & merken met een innovatief en/of maatschappelijk motief, is mijn drive!Vanuit mijn morele ambitie verbind ik merk- en organisatievraagstukken aan vraagstukken die spelen in onze samenleving én dus zet ik mij in voor Stichting Albron als impactvolle garantieverschaffer achter het merk Albron en eigenaar van Albron BV.Als Head of Impact breng ik de BV en de Stichting dichterbij elkaar en laat ik ze ‘over de as van het merk’ kijken naar wat écht klopt! Hierin focus ik me op het strategisch én sociaal laten kloppen van het merk. ‘Kloppen’ als in; met hoofd & hart. Zo daag ik de organisatie uit het merk écht van waarde te laten zijn en jaag ik met de Stichting de beweging aan daar ook écht iets mee te gaan doen! Doendenken dus!Wat ik met de Stichting doe!? Strijden vóór de kansengelijke schoolmaaltijd tègen luncharmoede! We passen niet onszelf maar de organisatie aan, we doen het niet beter maar veranderen van binnenuit, zetten een transitie in om structureel het systeem te kantelen. Doel: Elk kind in Nederland krijgt een gezonde maaltijd op school.Hoe reëel is dat?! We zijn ervoor opgericht. 125 geleden waren we de disruptor in een verziekt sociaal arm systeem dat armoede onder werknemers veroorzaakte. Dit werd uiteindelijk vervangen door een volledig nieuwe sector waarin gezond eten op het werk de norm werd. Heel reëel dus voor een sociaal realist zoals ik die werkt vanuit strategisch opportunisme.

Room for ID’s was een laboratorium voor creatieve innovatie, denk- en daadkracht. Na twee decennia aan het roer te hebben gestaan, besloot ik uit vrije wil te stoppen met het bureau, om zo ruimte voor mezelf te creëren.
