Responsibilities include to;• Maintain and post journal entries, trial balance, and reconciliation of accounts balances and generation of financial reports. Administering payroll, arranging payments for invoice, tax returns and pension contributions• Budget and budgetary control, purchase of goods/services, recording of cash receipts to determine the propriety of the expenditure or receipt of cash; checking mathematical extensions on invoices or “money received” forms; comparing invoice prices to purchase order or contract prices; comparing units invoiced to units received.

Delta State

• Keep weekly and monthly financial records relating to Head and Branch offices; Maintain various account balances and monitoring of financial transactions.• Maintain and post journal entries, trial balance, and reconciliation of accounts balances and generation of financial reports. Responsibilities include to: Review; examine safety schedules and document relevant to the crew support staff and field workers; warehouse management and physical stock control of safety materials; issuance and distribution of safety item and preparation of appropriate reports, handling of safety matters and emergencies, Environmental audit advice to account/ audit department as a support staff. New safety improvement techniques and staff enlightenment; Staff safety training and developments, crew inspections, safety meetings, safety, logistics and community affairs Assessments, community briefings and meetings, recording and survey department field supervisions and compliance. Safety ethical and compliance matters and staff welfare including departmental Safety reports.

Responsibilities include to:Extract weekly and monthly Account report relating to HeadOffice and Branch cash and inventory audit; perform otheraccounting functions for the Client. Review/examine schedules and document relevant to HeadOffice and Branch audit work, warehouse Management andPhysical inventory control, business development, marketingand new product promotion. Distributors Management Solutions (DMS) functions in line withVendors’ (Nigerian Breweries and Guinness Plc) order taking,Deliveries and other financial appropriations, customers/Vendors Relation Officer, Managing general customer welfare.
