The shop not only sold cupcakes daily but doubled up as an art gallery for local creatives to showcase and sell their Hey Little Cupcake! themed prints, artwork and gifts.The Pop-Up shop was a huge success and so Sarah decided to make Spinningfields her permanent home. In February 2011, she opened her first cupcakery, behind The Opera House. The new shop is open 7 days a week serving cupcakes, Illy coffee, Teapigs and Afternoon Tea at the weekends. Brought in as a Freelancer Art Director in Nov 07' to work on the Peugeot account which turned into a full time position by April 08'. Working on national and dealer quarterly campaigns and the occasional new car launch. Producing material for both on (Banners, Emails, Buttons) and offline (DM, Press, POS, Outdoor).

Teamed with a copywriter (Katie Hanson) - we worked together on McInerney Homes to produce creative campaigns across their North/North-West developments. I also produced creative concepts and designs for Bon Marché, TJ Hughes & Bents.

I was offered a year work placement with Staniforth's in-house creative dept as part of my degree. I was then hired as a junior creative on completion of my course in 2004. Working on Arla, Marks & Spencer, Halewood and NHS to produce design and advertising concepts across a variety of different mediums.
