Resolve technical problems related to computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, printing and telecommunications systems. Assisting in administration of domain servers (create/ audit user accounts, shared folders, printers). Key Contributions:• Automated image and software deployment to computer systems in labs and classes by using open-source software, thus making the deployment less time consuming and more efficient.• Suggested, implemented, tested and deployed server virtualization cluster, repurposing existing servers, thus using more efficiently existing resources and reducing administrating time.• Implemented, tested and deployed VOIP telephone center with IVR for better management of the IT helpdesk deparment calls.
