Being a substitute teacher involves stepping into various classrooms to fill in for regular teachers who are absent. I teach students from 0.-9. grade and have learned adaptability, as each assignment brings new enviorment, different students and diverse subjects. I have learned to quickly familiarize myself with lessons, classroom rules and school policies. Effective communication is essential for engaging students and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Flexibility, patience and the ability to swiftly adapt to different teaching styles contributes to sucess in this role.

As a worker at an After School CareI have a duty to ensure the childrens saftey and well being and find activities for the children, such as arts and crafts, games and sports. Behavior managment is a key skill that I have developed and have given the children a safe space to be at, after school- Communication is not only impotant to have with the students, but also their parents/guardian. I have learned hwo to commuicate some of thestudents needs that the parent need to be aware of. Furthermore, I have mastered the importance of collaboration with other ASC personnel and school staff to ensure a smooth and coheesive experience for the students.

During this position, I learned how to communicate with clients across different ages. In addition, through communication with the customer, I was able to know their needs and come up with the best possible solution.for them
