A results-driven supply chain professional, I conducted daily drug product inventory updates, playing a key role in system upgrades and issue resolution with partners. I spearheaded the establishment and execution of a streamlined global shipping process for newly released drug products, enabling the initiation of clinical trials in the EU and APAC through efficient depot operations. My expertise includes crafting customs documentation for international shipments and ensuring a secure chain of custody. I optimized shipping lanes for clinical studies, improving the distribution plan from the depot to each study site. Complementing these efforts, I created detailed work instructions for the implemented processes.
