• Having worked in the Food related industry for the last 30 years, I have a passion for Food and the Industry as a whole.• Working with Product Development, I realize the importance of the job at hand, as we not only create product ranges and beautiful products, but determine what the nation (our customers) eat, and need to ensure that the product is tasty and safe to consume.• I am: o Energetic and goal oriented o Highly driven with regards to personal deliverables and accountabilities o A confident individual with a passion to equip the next generation of “foodies”, to share and pass on learnt skill set and experience o Motivated and can work as part of a team• In 2008, I started Vanilla Consulting, working as a Consultant in the Food Industry consulting to both Retailers and Manufacturers. Before that, I worked across different segments of the Food Industry.• Working with Food is not a “job”, it is my passion.
