In this role I lead a team of 21FTE responsible for planning and inventory management activities for Pontmeyer and Jongeneel, and partially for the wholesale channel. Scope is €700M in sales/year with a distribution network covering 12 DC’s, 90+ stores and ap-prox. 500,000 article-location combinations. Achievements are:• Creation of long term Supply Chain vision and strategy, including the set-up of organization design• Implementation of a forecast process, allowing stakeholder participation and decision making on potential risks• Implementation of a planning BI system, and the creation of operational and management dashboards• Set up of performance indicators, ensuring team engagement and participation throughout the process

In this role I lead a team of 3FTE responsible for Non-Trade inventory mgt. for the EMEA region. Scope was €15M in sales/year. Responsibilities and achievements are:• Demand and supply planning for store/shop-in-shop openings (approx. 800/year), and store replenishment of Consumables (packaging, stickers) o Set-up demand and supply planning cycle within first year and reduced inventory with >40% (11,5M to 6,5M) o Further embedded the planning cycle via S&OP framework, for improved decision making on product introduction and inventory risk management o Introduced availability reports to deal with potential stockouts months in advance o Introduced item groupings as a concept to create stakeholder involve-ment o Started monthly purchase plans to create transparency on the expected inbounds• Inventory reconciliation and control o Responsible for the compliant execution of 2 wall-to-walls per year o Created transparency on inbound process issues via reporting and estab-lished error support structure, reducing inventory reconciliation issues to <1% • 4PL management o Set up reporting and KPI’s for performance management, improving out-bound performance significantly• Order management for TH and CK stores in EMEA

In this role I was involved in the SC integration activities to the corporate head office:• Responsible for a successful operational integration of the UK Supply Chain, which resulted in standardization and simplification of the planning process• Developed supply and inventory strategy for the UK Supply Chain (450 stores)• Co-creation of an S&OP framework, with the aim to roll out to all operating companies globally• Developed operational alignment amongst commercial, financial and SC stakeholders via S&OP framework via monthly execution of S&OP cycle• Led continuous improvements in forecasting and inventory management

Realized yearly savings of €150.000• Developed a methodology to improve inventory control processes• Analytical support in EMEA freight negotiations• Responsible for all monthly SC and KPI reporting
