Responsible of the daily "sea export schedule" for North America, Latin America, Caribbean, Asia, Europe & Middle East.Provide follow up support and problem solving such as delays and itinerary adjustments. Supervise the export team on their daily tasks.Create certificates of origin & insurance policy for customers.Customer satisfaction analysis.Approval of set of documents for each customer created by export executive.Resolve issues with customers & carries.KPI's related to volume and quality assurance.

Customer service experience.Multi-Task answer calls and e-mails from customers (North America, Latin America, Central America & Caribbean).Customer files management. Export documentation (include order acknowledgement, booking confirmation, shipping instruction, bill of lading, special instruction and customer requirements).Review and verify documentation.Warehouse inventory analysis.Monitor shipments until destination.Approval of documents required for export.Schedule pick-up and delivery, tracking and tracing (land transportation for North America).

Review and verify invoices.Provide reports and control of daily movements.Support to land transportation team and tracking of each truck.Transport documentation (local).Review rates and commercial agreements.Resolve issues with suppliers, terminals, carriers and accounting area.

Internship:Knowledge of terminal operations.Support to vessel planner and control room team.Multi-task answer calls, e-mails from carriers and customs.Support other duties.
