Led Cisco's key Americas campaign's digital strategy for 2+ years, integrating web, paid media, social media, SEM, and email marketing into a holistic plan. Oversaw implementation across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Led an ABX strategy pilot with 6Sense, crafting Intent Modeling-based digital plans for targeted accounts.

I shaped, influenced, and orchestrated omnichannel experiences that built the Cisco brand and accelerated Cisco business in Latin America. I was Responsible for delivering a desired customer experience across all channels, with a strong focus on Digital Channels, Marketing Automation, Media Planning, Data Management Systems, and Revenue tracking.

As Strategic Planning Leader for Nurun Advertising Agency, I was in charge of building and supervising the Digital Strategy for our clients and pitch for several new prospects. I led the Social Media Division, providing expertise and direction for all projects and activities related to social channels. I worked with a wide range of consumer brands, including Porsche, Audi, Playskool, Play-Doh, Procter & Gamble, Danone, Bimbo, PepsiCo, Gamesa and Facebook Mexico, among others.During my lead, we established the social media strategy for Audi in Mexico, a brand that has been three times Top 10 in Mexico for the highest engagement rate and rewarded as Socially Devoted Brand by SocialBakers.We crafted the communication strategy to build a real fan community for Habaneras (PepsiCo) which was awarded by Millward Brown as Top Fanpage in Mexico and was nominated as finalist in the Iberoamerican Social Media Awards within the Content Marketing Category.

Responsible for the management and delivery of large-scale proposals for Volkswagen and Porsche Mexico, including websites, microsites, mobile applications, mobile sites, Facebook aplications, social media campaigns, e-mail marketing and analytics. As Senior Account Manager I developed and implemented end-to-end project life-cycle and project management activities. My responsabilities included kick-off, SOW requirements documentation, scheduling, wireframes, design, QA and maintenance for all digital deliverables.As Project Leader for Volkswagen and Porsche Social Media division I managed successful campaigns such as The Beetle Launch on Twitter, which turned into a Trending Topic in Mexico, the Vocho Tour Campaign on Facebook and Foursquare and the Porsche Boxster launch through Twitter, which gathered a 3,000 organic follower base in two days.
