I am working for Woord en Daad as expert in the field of research and development. I am contributing to projects for which my expertise and knowledge are valuable. I have recently investigated child exploitation in 11 countries, after which I conducted in-depth research into the situation in 4 of these countries.

During this period, I have conducted research for AMG (Advancing the Ministries of the Gospel, Philippines) and Woord en Daad. This research investigated the aftercare of victims of online sexual abuse of children (OSEC) in the Philippines. This experience has taught me to plan and conduct research individually as well as in a research team.

In cooperation with Middelburg in Dialoog, a group of students from UCR Middelburg organized a side-event of the Four Freedom Awards in which citizens and organizations from Zeeland were awarded with the Four Freedoms from F.D. Roosevelt. My tasks included planning and promotion of the event, contacting the nominees, and being part of the jury.

In November 2017, I have assisted prof. dr. B. Oomen with the organization of a seminar about culture and human rights: "Culture and human rights: discourse, dialogue or domination?" My tasks were primarily the promotion of this event, taking care of the catering and the venue, and being responsible for the registration.

During the Summer vacation, I have tutored students at various high schools, who were participating in the Summerschool. My tasks were training the students to work individually, helping them to plan their tasks, testing their knowledge, and explaining course material that they were struggling with, in order to help them pass their exams.
