Manage acquiring - processing projects within Belgium and Luxemburg from finance and accounting side; elaborate high quality model for cash-flow planning; involved in processes of accounting facilitation for the meal-vouchers; act as a project manager for different payment-related IT projects.

- Maintenance of loan portfolio of the Group (interest calculation, reconciliations with banks, updating data with ERP SAP) - Negotiations with new and existing lenders for obtaining bank loans. - Developing and negotiating of loan agreements including LMA (wording, covenant pack, payment mechanics, etc) - Providing banks with all the necessary documents and information for a compliance and credit analysis - I dealt with BoD resolutions (negotiations among legal advisors, banks and BoD representatives) for the purpose to approve deals by BoD by appropriate way for a lender and the borrower. - I issued also the bank guaranties and letters of credit for Company’s suppliers. - My responsibilities included challenging and making corrections to the letter of credits and bank guarantees received from the customers and the suppliers according to the benchmark and URDG and UCP-600 - Reporting to internal and external clients (including auditors). Different reports for loans, its accrued interest, guarantees, intercompany loans and so on. - Active participation with controlling department in field of cash flow planning concerning financial CF, investment CF and covering cash gaps. - Any types of presentations for the Management (ex. comparison of different loans options, effective interest rates, economic effects of particular options that management shall to consider) - Covenants calculation and forecasting (Net Debt/ EBITDA, EBITDA / Net Interest expense, Equity / EBITDA) - Have experience with credit management with customers and suppliers as well. Calculation of credit limits, its maintaining and put them into SAP. Blocking and unblocking the supply orders (depending of customers payments, its financial statements and its credit limits)
