Currently I am taking position of SAP Basis manager. Our team is responsible for SAP Basis functionality of all SAP landscape(ERP, SRM, HCM, GRC, BW on HANA, BO, PO, MII, SolMan) in the company, Databases(Oracle and HANA), operating systems(AIX, Linux, Windows) and infrastructure(IBM Power, HPE x86, NetApp) of SAP cluster. I am responsible for availability and good performance of SAP systems, planing goals and development strategies for the team, staff training and hiring new employees. I am working on strengthening cooperation with SAP Enterprise Support and promotion DVM in the company. Also I am taking part in several big projects(SAP migration to new infrastructure, ERP upgrade to EHP8) as Technical Lead. Migration to new infrastructure accompanied by taking all hardware administration responsibilities from our contractor, update hardware, OS and SAP basis components. This complex project we are doing without any contractors and mainly all tasks covers by SAP Basis team. Upgrade of ERP system currently is on preparation step. We are checking dependencies between different modules, add-on and systems, also doing first upgrade of sandbox system.
