Albert Heijn E-Commerce is an online grocery delivery service. My function is to safeguard and supervise the production and preparation of groceries. Together the following tasks form the responsibilities that I have to perform on a daily basis:- Supervise a large group of employees (100-150 people)- Sustain communication between employees and business departments (by mail, phone and in person)- Safeguard the timeliness and quality of the production process- Deal with (time) pressure and calamities- Safeguard standard and procedures regarding EHBO, HACCP and ARBO- Improve existing work procedures according to the LEAN principle- Process, analyze and report data- Work in a digital environment (Excel, Tableau, CWMS, BOFF).
