The major part of the job is to quickly troubleshoot the problem and solve it by leaving the end user happy and satisfied. I provided quality customer service to the patrons of the David O. McKay library at BYU-Idaho. I had an opportunity to create a positive, learning and creative environment for the students, provide local security and take part in developing customer service skills in other employees.

Skyeng is an online school of English language for Russian-speaking people. All the education is provided by using Skype and the virtual ecosystem developed by Skyeng. I was the first face customers saw after talking to first-line managers. I conducted first, introductory lessons where I got people acquainted with the school system and offered lessons within 45 min. I was in the top 5 in the sales department. The job required being able to work remotely and be a very good time-keeper. I enjoyed helping people achieve their dreams.
