With over 20 years of experience, I manage projects end-to-end: from initial concept and software development to commissioning and ongoing user support. For the last three years, I have been working at Zyfra, where I lead projects related to the ZIIOT digital platform for industrial automation. My experience includes developing an application for the Omsk Refinery on this platform, implementing ZIIOT at a Gazprom-KS plant, and currently, managing the development of one of the core components of the ZIIOT platform.My expertise spans solving challenging technical problems, leading cross-functional teams, and establishing strong communication with clients, government agencies, and large corporate stakeholders.
